Theoretical and practical contents
Specfically designed for 1st and 2nd line support personnel for installation, basic repair of Kyocera mono workgroup printers. Have a good working knowledge of printer digital theory. Be able to installand configure mono workgroup printer units including basic faultfinding and repair.
After this training you will be able to…
To provide technical product overview training relating to Kyocera mono desktop printer and MFP's. On successful completion the delegate will have capabilities to complete service procedures in line with Kyocera service schedules.
Working knowledge of electromechanical devices.
